The Atari 5200 controller is widely seen as the worst controller ever, and I have two of 'em, because I'm an insane person. Lorda mercy, it's the worst. Once you feel it, you just know that something is off. Something has gone wrong. It feels like a TV remote filled with pudding, and the joystick is kinda like a toilet plunger suctioned to the floor. It's a shame, too, because a lot of 5200 games look really fun, but it all falls apart because of this piece of work. Maybe there were some good ideas in there, with its pause button and analog joystick (in 1982, no less), but it just didn't completely come together in the end. Looks neat on a shelf, though.

The only things that I remember of this console was, not only just the controller looking like a phone, but the Atari 5200 unnecessarily having a compartment thingy (maybe for storing games?). Overall, the console itself is an oddity, along with it's other controller that for some reason has the same size of the Atari 2600. I remembered this last bit from AVGN.
