Considering how abrupt his disappearance was, I'd wager Flops was jailed, murdered, or his PC and phone went kaput... along with all the computers at the library that he would periodically use. That third possibility is not likely at all, is it? :(
I'm not an optimistic person, and Chester isn't exactly known for being a great place to live, and by "live" I mean that as in "a great place to continue breathing."
Poor Flops. May he rest in peace / rot in jail for his egregious crimes... whatever those may be. Also, I don't think Chester is known for anything.

Yeah, that makes sense. Can't say I blame her. Those books are pricey. I spent $400 on two textbooks this semester. Thankfully, the government is paying for me to go to school. There's no chance I'd be able to afford it otherwise.
Chester is known for being safer than a whooping 7% of all cities in the U.S.. Those are NOT good odds.
Totally understand that. Textbooks are always a pain in the neck when a new semester comes near.
