I've loss 30 pounds during quarantine and finished a 77 mile race this week.
Yeah, Iβm up on 63kg now, which is good in my case since I have problems with my fat and muscles just disappearing and being underweight.
although ive maintained a caloric surplus and kept (some) athleticism i could use acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments to dust off my form gotta find what program is for ya!
Man, I've been trying to lose weight for about a year now. After losing 50 lbs, I've hit a slump and gained around 12 of it back. I'm weighing every day now, rather than weekly. That way, if I gain a little bit, I can try and lose it before it gets worse. Wight Watchers helps, but I gotta stick with it better.
Point is, you got this. If I can lose 50 lbs to begin with, you can lose 30!

Awh man, I hope you find something that helps you stay more active during these times. I actually lost 5 pounds with lazily skipping breakfasts and actively riding the stationary bike every weekend.

If Zanzlanz can do it, I must not give up! I did get a bike recently, but I'm waiting for a helmet to arrive. I don't want to break my head. Maybe the exercise will do me some good.
