Some serious Dragon Ball love went into this one. Much respect

Mega2416 responds:

Thank you

Pretty good. I love the way you drew her hair especially. And I hate to be the one to point this out, and maybe I'm just looking at it wrong, but it looks to me like she has a right arm for a left arm. Other than that it looks great : )

minichou responds:

Thanks for the feedback!

Nice. I like the way you draw hair.

Troisnyx responds:

Eh, I'm glad. Thanks for stopping by and remembering me. : )

Hmm, I feel like I've seen her before, and what a weirdo name ; )

It's another great drawing I must say. You're really good at drawing different poses and stances. That takes talent right there. Her pose here is particularly impressive to me. I'd have such a hard time drawing something like this. Good job. The shading is very subtle, but it works well enough. The colors are okay, and her eyes are actually very nice. Very pretty. Her lips are well drawn as well. I may have to copy that style in my own drawings. Very nice. And you're really good at drawing hands I have to say. Hands are tough, that's why I usually don't give my characters hands. Overall, nice work. I love it. She's kinda busty for a 14 year old, but well done nonetheless. Thanks for the drawing : )

minichou responds:

thanks for the review! and wow i didnt know she was 14 o_O well ok then, it is ok.

Hmm, she looks familiar...

For what you were going for, you definitely succeed! I swear I can hear the Onett theme right now. She'd fit right in with Ness and the gang, fighting dogs and hippies. It looks great, it really does. The colors are nice, and minimal shading works perfectly. The sparkles are a nice touch as well. I love it! Good job : )

GamekrazzyProduction responds:

Thanks! I'm glad you think so. I really should post my artwork here more often!

Oh my, I love it! I must say, it looks much better than the simple MS paint doodle I sent you. Excellent job on the eyes. I didn't know her eyes were brown, but I'll be sure to keep it that way in future drawings. Her turtle neck also looks nice. Good job with the wrinkles and stuff; it looks like a comfy shirt. Her overall stance is nice, too. I always have a tough time with different poses and stuff, so excellent job there. Sorry it was a "SFW" request. Maybe I'll ask for something a bit more risqué if there's a next time. Anyway, thank you so much. Can't wait to share this with everyone : )

minichou responds:

Your welcome! and don't forget to credit me! :D

Man, that's scary good. I try to draw stick figures on Miiverse and they don't look like anything. I am impressed. I love how you made one eye larger than the other. It really brings out the bug-eyed-ness of a pug. I'm guessing you have one of your own. I don't know how you made this, but great job. Truly fantastic!

Mightydein responds:

I don't actually have a pug.

I simply looked at a photograph of a pug for reference and tried drawing my best at drawing it.

I dabbed the screen with a series of dots while moving my hand at the same time.

Try to experiment with different drawing techniques of your own and you will learn new things.

I really hope that answers your question on how I created that drawing.

As for stick figures on Miiverse.

I sometimes find entertainment in stick figure drawings.

Some stick figure pictures are really funny.

Stick figures can have cute faces for their characters.

Stick figures can also have well executed dynamic poses.

try applying an invisible line of action to your stick figures.

Stick figures like any other form of drawing has plenty of room for experimentation in artistic techniques.

I remember watching your old mario paint movie in comparison to the Yonder ho series.

You seemed to have taught yourself different techniques of drawing from experimentation.

Stick with drawing.

I really liked the coloring on your latest drawing of pete and mint.

I'm very glad you like the picture.

Thank you.

Very nice. You seem to have your own unique style when it comes to drawing. I can't think of anything to compare it to really. I like the lighting. It's very well done. It looks like he's standing by a streetlight or something. I like how you made the light affect the various textures and materials differently. It adds a certain level of realism while still looking very painting-y. Yeah, no complaints. It looks great : )

Mightydein responds:

I did picture a streetlight as an off-screen light source for this picture.

Yes, the red ranger is standing under a street light by a street light.

There is also another street light near the red ranger.

The picture actually has two sources of light.

I'm glad you think the picture looks very painting-y.

I used two different brushes in Muro.

I also looked at actual buildings for reference and drawn the silhouettes.

I'm really glad that you like my drawings.

Thank you for the positive feedback.

I really appreciate your enthusiasm.

Wow! That is really impressive that you did this in Miiverse. I drew some stick figures and some cubes once. But yeah, very nice. Can't say I know who the Guyver is, but the drawing looks cool nonetheless. That guy's giving off a monstrous stick eye. Not a man I'd like to meet in a dark alley, or a brightly lit alley for that matter. He's probably a good guy for all I know. Well, I'm rambling now. Anyway, I like this one. It's dark, gritty and stylish : )

Mightydein responds:

The Guyver would definitely qualify as a good guy.

The Guyver is the main protagonist in various mediums including comics, animation and live action movies.

The Guyver was originally based on a Japanese comic book.

I based my drawing on the live action movies.

I used a photograph out of Guyver 2: Dark Hero for reference.

I paid close attention to the screen shot and attempted to observe all the details.

Thanks for leaving feedback.

I look forward to watching the new Yonder Ho episode.

You don't have to be good at drawing to make good art (take it from me, I SUCK at drawing and yet I make an animated cartoon series). What you lack in skill you make up for in heart (sorry if that sounds cheesy) I love this drawing. It reminds of my childhood, playing Mario Paint, letting my mind wander as I cobbled together worlds. This is good art : D It's charm to the 10th degree.

I think the blue guy will win. He looks like the better fighter in my opinion.

Thanks for bringing back such good memories : )

Thank you!

Hello, person. I’m a fella who fancies squirrels, cartoons, a good JRPG, all things Nintendo, root beer, cereal and collecting random things. My page is about music, art, animations (and more, probably).
